Frank Boscarello has had a passion for art since he held a crayon for the first time. However, growing up, art slid into the background and became only a casual enjoyment. After four years in the Navy and numerous sales jobs, Frank went to school for computer programming. As his computer talents grew, the desire to draw and paint was reignited. Nearly twenty years ago software was introduced that allowed users to paint using the computer. Frank invested in the software, rekindled his passion, and has been producing artwork ever since.
Combining his own unique artistry with the leading edge technology of the time, Frank defined a new direction in which contemporary art was heading. He has been very successful creating and selling his original artwork and is currently creating limited editions. Previous limited editions include "Enchanted", a Marilyn Monroe portrait which was approved by the Estate of Marilyn Monroe and will be featured in Roger Taylor's upcoming book, "Marilyn in Art". "The Lucy Collage", another limited edition, was exclusively shown at Universal Studios Florida ®.
Frank continues to use his talent with technology alongside his fervor for art to create original pieces and Limited editions. The baseline of Franks current work comes from inputs such as scanned sketches, digital photo, and various video sources.
